The MACO MK1 Window Gearbox is a replacement locking gearbox designed for repairing older MACO uPVC window locking mechanisms.
Ideal where the original gearbox has failed, become stiff or no longer operates correctly, this replacement allows you to repair the existing window locking system without replacing the complete mechanism.

Identifying Your Backset
The replacement MACO window lock gearbox can be identified by checking the side of the existing lock case.
The gearbox will normally be marked:
BS20 - indicates a 20mm backset
BS22 - indicates a 22mm backset
We recommend checking this marking before ordering to ensure you select the correct gearbox.

Older MACO window locking mechanisms can look very similar. Please compare your existing gearbox with the product photographs and check the BS20 or BS22 marking, faceplate dimensions and screw centres before ordering.

Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
● Same Working Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.
● Orders After 2:30 pm: Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
● Delivery Services: We use Royal Mail and DPD courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order.
● Standard Delivery: Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.
● Next Working Day Delivery: Our Next Working Day Delivery service is available for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Orders placed before 2:30 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays after 2:30 pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be delivered on the next working day. Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries are not included.
● Carriage Paid Orders: All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (carriage paid).
● Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to send items over 1 metre in length to Northern Ireland or the Highlands & Islands.
● Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided where available.
● Click & Collect: Collection from our Denton store is available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
