Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

● Same Working Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.

● Orders After 2:30 pm: Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

● Delivery Services: We use Royal Mail and DPD courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order.

● Standard Delivery: Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.

● Next Working Day Delivery: Our Next Working Day Delivery service is available for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Orders placed before 2:30 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays after 2:30 pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be delivered on the next working day. Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries are not included.

● Carriage Paid Orders: All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (carriage paid).

● Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to send items over 1 metre in length to Northern Ireland or the Highlands & Islands.

● Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided where available.

● Click & Collect: Collection from our Denton store is available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where possible.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, you can return it for a refund or exchange once it has been received and inspected.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
Please note that return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
