The Roto ALU500 Mishandling Device is a replacement component designed for aluminium tilt and turn window handle systems.
This non-handed product is suitable for all compatible window applications. It helps prevent the window handle from being operated incorrectly while the window is open, reducing the risk of damage to the handle, locking mechanism and surrounding hardware.
Ideal for replacing a worn, damaged or missing mishandling device on a compatible Roto ALU500 aluminium window system.

Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
● Same Working Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.
● Orders After 2:30 pm: Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
● Delivery Services: We use Royal Mail and DPD courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order.
● Standard Delivery: Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.
● Next Working Day Delivery: Our Next Working Day Delivery service is available for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Orders placed before 2:30 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays after 2:30 pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be delivered on the next working day. Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries are not included.
● Carriage Paid Orders: All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (carriage paid).
● Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to send items over 1 metre in length to Northern Ireland or the Highlands & Islands.
● Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided where available.
● Click & Collect: Collection from our Denton store is available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
