Description
The greenteQ Alpha Slim Lever/Lever Door Handle Set is designed for doors manufactured from narrow sash profiles, including aluminium bi-fold doors and slim-section residential doors.
These door systems often use a lock with a 28mm or 30mm backset. Standard-width door handle backplates can clash with the outer frame when the door is opened or closed and may also overhang the glazing bead on the glass side of the door.
The greenteQ Alpha Slim handle solves this problem with an extra-narrow backplate measuring just 26mm wide x 244mm high. Standard door handles are typically around 32mm wide or more, making the Alpha Slim an ideal choice where clearance is restricted.
The swept lever begins its movement almost immediately and has a reduced projection from the face of the backplate. It stands off the backplate by only 49.5mm, approximately 12mm less than a standard lever, helping to prevent the handle from clashing with the outer door frame during operation.
