What Is a Split Spindle?
A split spindle allows the internal and external door handles to operate independently according to the design of the lock.
Split spindle systems are commonly used on uPVC and composite doors fitted with multipoint locking mechanisms. If your existing spindle has become worn or damaged, the door handle may feel loose, fail to engage correctly or stop operating the lock as intended.
Replacing the spindle can often restore correct handle operation quickly and economically.

Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
● Same Working Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.
● Orders After 2:30 pm: Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
● Delivery Services: We use Royal Mail and DPD courier service, depending on the size and weight of your order.
● Standard Delivery: Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.
● Next Working Day Delivery: Our Next Working Day Delivery service is available for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Orders placed before 2:30 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays after 2:30 pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be delivered on the next working day. Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries are not included.
● Carriage Paid Orders: All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (carriage paid).
● Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to send items over 1 metre in length to Northern Ireland or the Highlands & Islands.
● Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided where available.
● Click & Collect: Collection from our Denton store is available. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
